Since it’s establishment, Factoring KB is a part of Komerční banka Financial Group and belongs to Société Générale (SG) Group since 2002. This membership is essential for the company’s development and cooperation with other domestic and foreign group members. Factoring KB closely cooperates with KB on acquisitions and risk management.

Factoring KB is a member of one of the largest factoring organization networks in the world; Factors Chain International (FCI) which includes more than 200 members in over 60 countries globally. Factoring KB is a founding member of Association of Factoring Companies in the Czech Republic as well as a member of Czech Leasing and Financial Association.
